45 Minutes for $45
One on one sessions, designed with form and technique in mind. They are paced slightly slower than my 30 minute sessions but will still get that blood pumping!
These sessions are great for those with a little more time to dedicate as they are slightly slower in pace and designed with mostly weight training principles in mind.
Whilst your heart rate will definitely rise, these sessions are concentrated more on form and technique and the mind to muscle connection.

One on one sessions, in gym or on location available, whatever suits you, mix it up if you wish!
Best value for money, and three sessions is the perfect amount of time to get to know each other and really delve into your goals.
If booked in the same week, this is the perfect amount of training time for someone looking to develop good and consistent fitness habits. You can book the sessions however you like as long as they fall within the same month.
